GENERAL QUESTIONS

What time is the Exhibit Walkthrough and Keynote Discussion? When purchasing your event passes, you will need to select a specific hour time block to walk the exhibit. Time blocks each day will be available from 3:00pm - 9:00pm, with the Keynote Discussion + Q&A taking place for all attendees at 6:00pm. The VIP Meet & Greet will begin at 7:00pm.

How long is the Sensory Installation Experience? Approximately 10 minutes.

What is the Will Call Name? What is the Will Call Name? - Will call name (first and last name), this will be the only person authorized to pick up the event tickets on the day of the event. Name edits cannot be made after an order has been placed.

When do you send check in details? We will be sending out an instructional email 5 days before the show. It will include information such as where to meet, what time, etc. Make sure to check your inbox AND spam folders. Be on the lookout for more information at that time. Please be sure to show up 15 minutes prior to your assigned time for the sensory installation.

What if I am running late for check in, can I still attend the event? Please note that if you are unable to arrive at the designated check-in site by the time specified, we cannot guarantee your participation.

What do I need to bring to check in? You will need to show your receipt / order confirmation and your photo ID to check-in with us and to collect your event tickets on-site. If you do not have a Photo ID and your parents purchased the ticket, please bring a copy of their ID.

How long is the Q&A/Keynote Discussion? The discussion with Connor will last approximately 1 hour.

How can I get my photo with Connor Franta? Meet and Greet photos are emailed within 72 hours of an event, accompanied by a password for photo access. Tip: Add confirmation@adventuresinwonderland.com to your address book to ensure the email does not fall into your spam folder.

I can no longer attend the event with Connor, can I get a refund? Unfortunately, Adventures In Wonderland packages are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I exchange my Connor Franta Package for another date? Unfortunately, Adventures In Wonderland packages are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I change the time-slot for my Connor Franta Package? All purchases are final and cannot be changed.

PHOTO / PACKAGE QUESTIONS

Are photos individual? Yes, all photos with Connor Franta are individual.

Can I take a selfie with Connor Franta? Unfortunately the only way to guarantee a photo with Connor will be to purchase a VIP Pass, in which case, a professional Adventures In Wonderland photographer will take all photos.

Can I take photos of the trailer / sensory installation e.g. a selfie? Yes, please free to take photos of the trailer. Share the photos with us by using #NoteToSelfTour!

How do time slots for the trailer/installation work? In order to accommodate the volume of guests we have different time slots to access the installation. You will only be able to enter the installation for the time slot you have purchased for. Please be sure to show up 15 minutes prior to your assigned time.

What will be in the trailer/installation? The installation will consist of an immersive sensory experience of sights, sounds, and smells inspired by moments from Note To Self.

Can I leave after the trailer experience and then come back for the Q&A with Connor Franta? Yes, feel free to leave and then come back for the Q&A but please remember seating is first come, first served and to ensure a closer seat you will want to say in the line. If you do leave, please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the designated time of both your exhibit time and Q&A to be sure you are guaranteed entry.

Can I ask Connor Franta a question? Yes, a few guests will have the opportunity to ask Connor a question during the Q&A portion of the keynote.

Are there any age restrictions? No, all ages are welcome!

Are seats assigned? Seats are not assigned but on a first come, first served basis. Although purchasers of the VIP Pass will be guaranteed a seat in the first 20 rows.

I am a minor can a guardian accompany me? We have no age restrictions. All attendees need to have a valid ticket to the event. Please let your rep at check-in know if your guardian needs to purchase a ticket ($20 USD). These guardian tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis where venue capacity allows, but they are not guarantee a seat only admittance into the theatre.

Is the trailer handicapped accessible? Yes, but we kindly request that you please inform us about your needs at at info@adventuresinwonderland.com ensure we can provide everything you require for the best possible experience.

Are service animals allowed on site? Yes, service animals are allowed. Please contact us at info@adventuresinwonderland.com for protocols regarding service animals in advance.

Can I bring gifts for Connor? Yes, any gifts will be collected by the Adventures In Wonderland Concierge and given to Connor after the event. Please note that we are travelling to eighteen different cities via bus with a limited amount of space and your presence is more than enough <3

Will you be selling merchandise? Yes, we will have a merchandise booth on site where you can purchase both Note To Self and Common Culture items.
